The SAPRO Art community was formed for student affairs professionals, faculty, and other higher education professionals who want to connect over a shared love of creating art in many forms. Even if you just appreciate art created by your colleagues, you are welcome to join.
There are a great many higher education professionals who create art in a variety of forms, whether it be painting, drawing, photography, digital art, crafts, pen & ink, knitting, jewelry, paper snowflakes, bulletin boards, or calligraphy, to name a few. Whether creating art is something you do at work or at home, something you share with your students, or something that you use for stress relief or mindfulness let us know how the artistic process helps you. Everyone has different skills, abilities, and interests so don’t feel that your art is not professional enough to post here. Feel free to post a profile, submit a story on our community page, join our Facebook group, or use the #SAProArt hashtag when sharing as a way to connect with other #sapros here and elsewhere (twitter, instagram…). Please feel free to post / share: Art that you have created in any medium or skill level. We welcome your perspectives on how you use art as a creative medium and any cross over with your role in higher education and student affairs Ground Rules:
