The SAPro Art concept was formed for student affairs professionals, advisors, faculty, and other higher education professionals who want to connect over a shared love of creating art in many forms. Even if you just appreciate art created by your colleagues, you are welcome to connect with our community on Facebook, using the #saproart hashtag or by contributing content to our stories page.
There are a great many higher education professionals who create art in a variety of forms, whether it be painting, drawing, photography, digital art, crafts, pen & ink, knitting, jewelry, paper snowflakes, bulletin boards, or calligraphy, to name a few. Whether creating art is something you do at work or at home, something you share with your students, or something that you use for stress relief or mindfulness let us know how the artistic process helps you. Everyone has different skills, abilities, and interests so don’t feel that your art is not professional enough to share. |
